1. Return & Exchange Policy
At Gajanand Saree, we ensure a stress-free shopping experience. Please read the following before making a purchase.
To return a product, contact us via email gajanandsarees367@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 9904120209 within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns after 2 days are not eligible.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we can refund or exchange after verification. To be eligible, please provide:
- Unboxing Video showing the package and product.
- Images of the product from multiple angles.
- Images of the package showing condition and external damage.
- Image of shipping label with tracking details.
All returns/exchanges are validated only after authorization by us. We do not offer reverse pickup; customers must courier the parcel to our warehouse at:

Important conditions:
- Products must have original packaging and tags.
- Sarees with fall and edging, customized products, and sale items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
- Only one replacement/return per order is allowed.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. 4% bank charges may apply for refunds.
2. Exchange Policy
We can exchange products for the same value or a different value product. Customer pays the difference if choosing a higher-value product. If choosing a lower-value product, the remaining amount may be settled by us.
3. Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic shipping for most locations in India. For special locations, courier charges will apply. Orders are shipped fully insured.
Processing time is usually within 24 business hours. Delivery time ranges from 0-7 business days depending on location. Customers can change shipping address only before the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Please inspect packages for damage before signing. Recipients should open the package and verify contents. Non-delivery due to address errors or missed delivery attempts may incur reshipment charges.
International import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery guarantees depend on the courier service.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD may be disapproved based on:
- Customer location where COD is unavailable.
- Customer transaction history (e.g., frequent returns, unpaid orders).
- Any suspicious activity or suspected fraud.
If COD is disapproved, alternative payment options will be provided at our discretion.
5. Additional Notes
- Model images are for representation; slight variations in color, fabric, and work may occur.
- Accessories like purses or jewelry shown in images are not included.
- Any disputes will be settled under Surat court jurisdiction.
